We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. If you’ve received your order and have determined that you need a different size (or colour!), we want to help you get the exchange sorted fast. For this reason, we offer a free exchanges for online orders within 100 days of purchase with no additional shipping charges.

Please contact us via email, or better yet, pick up the phone and give us a call on 1800 047 494 (especially if the exchange is urgent!). Have your Online Order number ready when speaking with us. Our experienced staff will be able to guide you with styles, sizing & colours….we know our stuff!

Of course, all products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached.

You will be required to return your garment/s back to us for the exchange to occur. Our Postal Address is;

Please include a note inside (or a copy of your order invoice) with your order number, contact details & information pertaining to your required exchange. Too easy!

Your product has a 1 year warranty, contact us for any issues you have and we will gladly take care of it.

If you require a refund (we can’t even imagine!), the procedure is exactly the same as an exchange. Refunds can take up to one week to process once the garment/s has been returned to us.
