Orders are shipped from Mooloolaba, QLD 4557. We offer 2 types of Postage Services & dispatch orders daily. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped that day! We appreciate ‘FlipBelt Emergencies’, so if you have an extremely tight delivery timeframe, or special delivery request, give us a call – 1800 047 494.

To receive your order prior to Christmas we recommend:

Free Standard Post (not a trackable service) – If you are from VIC, NSW, or ACT, we do not recommend using this service after Friday 14th December. QLD city areas could use this service until Monday 17th December. This service is not recommended for SA, WA or NT, as it is a road freight service and might not make it in time for Christmas.

$10.00 Express Post Service – this is the service we recommend for Christmas Deliveries! It is an Air Freight Service, and Australia Post will deliver to most capital city areas overnight! The are some exceptions in rural areas, where service times can be 2 to 3 days. As we are shipping right up until Friday 21st December, customers in city areas could place an order by our 2pm cut off time on Friday 21st of December and should receive it by Monday 24th of December using this service.

For New Zealand Orders, there are three postage options.
Standard NZ delivery (no tracking), which is approximately 10-14 working days and not a trackable service $5; Standard NZ delivery with tracking, which is approximately 8-12 working days $20; Express NZ trackable delivery, approximately 3-5 working days $30.
Please be aware that the above postage services to New Zealand are calculated in business &/or working days and do not include public holidays and weekends.

For International Orders (other than New Zealand), there is a Flat Rate postage charge of $25. Please contact us if you require an Express service.

Shipping labels are automatically generated from the shipping information you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility as the customer to check your delivery details are correct (for example unit or house number, post code, etc). Incorrect delivery information may result in a delayed delivery by Australia Post which is beyond our control, regardless of the type of shipping option you choose. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect details, nor can we issue refunds for items potentially lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. If you’ve received your order and have determined that you need a different size (style or colour), we want to help you get the right size fast. For this reason, we offer a free size exchange for online orders within 30 days of purchase with no additional shipping charges.
