Orders under $30 are charged $4.99 for Standard Australian shipping which is a trackable service. If you qualify for free shipping you can opt to pay the $4.99 to ensure you receive a trackable service. Please note the trackable option may require a signature on delivery, please phone us on 1800 047 494 if you definitely do not require signature on delivery.

Please be aware that standard delivery is not a guaranteed trackable service. We offer two trackable services. The $4.99 Trackable Registered Post option may require signature on delivery. If you would rather a trackable service without a signature acceptance, then we recommend choosing the $10 Trackable Express Post option. Customers who purchase tracking will be given an email with the tracking number and links to the Australia Post Tracking webpage.
Delivery times with Australia Post vary depending where you are. As a guide, Australia Post estimate both regular and trackable mail take approximately 2-6 business days depending on destination. Express Post is much quicker although exact delivery times depend on your location.
For New Zealand Orders, there are three postage options.
– Standard NZ delivery (no tracking), which is approximately 10-14 working days and not a trackable service $5;
– Standard NZ delivery with tracking, which is approximately 8-12 working days $20;
– Express NZ trackable delivery, approximately 3-5 working days $30.
Please be aware that the above postage services to New Zealand are calculated in business &/or working days and do not include public holidays and weekends.
For International Orders (other than New Zealand), there is a Flat Rate postage charge of $25. Please contact us if you require an Express service.
