That’s right – there is no charge for standard postage anywhere in Australia. Please be aware that the Free Shipping option is not a guaranteed trackable service. If your order is one FlipBelt, your package will travel as a large oversized letter, and most definitely will not be a trackable service. If your order is for more than one belt, e.g. Two belts, or a belt and a bottle, your order will be sent using a standard post (Red) Australia Post satchel. This means that although the free service is not guaranteed as a trackable service, it will be trackable if your order contains more than one belt.
You can choose to have a trackable standard postage service, regardless of the size of your order, for $4.99.
Postage is sent from Mooloolaba, QLD, 4557, and we use Australia Post. This means that Post Office box addresses are most welcome. We recommend using the Australia Post website ‘Postage Calculator’ to work out how long a Standard Post delivery to your postcode will take.
If you require a faster service, we recommend paying $10.00 for an Express Post service. This is an overnight, or two day delivery service (based on where you located in Australia). The added advantage of this Express service, is that regardless of the size of your order, your package will be able to be tracked.
Dispatch times and tracking info
We are super fast at dispatching all orders! We are the Australian & New Zealand distributors of the product, and as such, hold high quantities of the products. Place your order before 2pm and we guarantee that we’ll have it shipped out the door on that day! We appreciate ‘FlipBelt Emergencies’, so if you have an extremely tight delivery timeframe, or special delivery request, give us a call – 1800 047 494.
Customers who purchase a trackable shipping option, will be given an email with the tracking number and links to the Australia Post tracking webpage.
Delivery times with Australia Post vary depending where you are. As a guide, Australia Post estimate both regular and trackable mail take approximately 2-6 business days depending on destination. Express Post is much quicker although exact delivery times depend on your location.
For New Zealand Orders, there are two postage options. Both are trackable services, so that the package can be tracked.
– Standard NZ delivery with tracking, approximately 4-10 working days $12;
– Express NZ delivery with tracking, approximately 3-5 working days $25.
Please be aware that the above postage services to New Zealand are calculated in business &/or working days and do not include public holidays and weekends.
International orders (outside NZ)
For International orders (other than NZ) – there is flat rate postage of A$30. All International Postage Services are sent via a trackable service, so that the package can be tracked.

Shipping labels are automatically generated from the shipping information you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility as the customer to check your delivery details are correct (for example unit or house number, post code, etc). Incorrect delivery information may result in a delayed delivery by Australia Post which is beyond our control, regardless of the type of shipping option you choose. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect details, nor can we issue refunds for items potentially lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information.
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. If you’ve received your order and have determined that you need a different size (style or colour), we want to help you get the right size fast. For this reason, we offer a free size exchange for online orders within 30 days of purchase with no additional shipping charges.
